How I Can Help

Therapy for Women

The ways you respond to closeness, conflict, uncertainty, and emotional pain did not appear out of nowhere. Many of those patterns begin early in life and are shaped by our relationships, experiences, and attachment needs.

Having an insecure attachment style does not mean there is something wrong with you. It does not mean you are damaged, difficult, or incapable of change. It simply means that your mind and nervous system learned ways to protect you that may no longer be working for you.

Therapy creates space to understand those patterns without judgment, recognize what is keeping you stuck, and begin building new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.

My approach is collaborative, genuine, and focused on growth. I will support you, challenge you when needed, and help you turn insight into meaningful change.

You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out.

Therapy with me is conversational and down-to-earth. I am not the kind of therapist who will simply nod while you talk for an hour. We will work together to understand what is happening, identify what needs to change, and figure out how to move forward.

Therapy May Be a Good Fit If…

  • You frequently overthink relationships or conversations.

  • You struggle to set boundaries without feeling guilty.

  • You are used to prioritizing everyone else’s needs.

  • You understand your patterns but still struggle to change them.

  • You want to better understand your attachment style.

  • You feel stuck in familiar relationship dynamics.

  • You are tired of repeating the same cycles.

  • You want more than a place to vent.

  • You want therapy to feel genuine, collaborative, and human.
