Investing in therapy, supervision, or consultation is a meaningful commitment of both time and resources. I aim to be transparent about fees from the beginning so you can make an informed decision about whether my services are the right fit for you.
Fees & Payment
Individual Therapy
Initial 15-minute consultation: Complimentary
Individual therapy session: $200 per session
Therapy sessions are offered virtually to adult women located in New York and South Carolina.
Clinical Supervision
Individual clinical supervision: $150 per 60-minute session
Virtual clinical supervision is available for eligible mental health professionals, including MSWs, MHCs, MFTs, limited-permit clinicians working toward New York licensure, and licensed or independently licensed clinicians seeking ongoing professional support.
Supervisees are responsible for confirming that their employment setting, licensure pathway, and supervision arrangement meet all applicable requirements established by their employer and the New York State Education Department.
Case Consultation
30-minute case consultation: $100
60-minute case consultation: $175
Case consultation is available to licensed mental health professionals seeking support with clinical formulation, treatment planning, therapeutic challenges, professional development, or complex cases.
Consultation does not constitute formal clinical supervision and cannot be used toward licensure requirements.
Payment
My practice is self-pay and does not participate with insurance plans.
Payment is due at the time of service. A valid credit or debit card must be kept securely on file and will be charged following each appointment.
Out-of-Network Benefits
Although I do not accept insurance directly, your plan may reimburse you for a portion of your therapy costs through out-of-network benefits.
To make that process easier, I offer access to Mentaya, an optional service that can check your benefits, submit claims, and communicate with your insurance company on your behalf. You will pay the full session fee upfront, and your insurance company will determine whether you qualify for reimbursement and how much you receive.
Mentaya charges a 5% fee per submitted claim. Reimbursement is based entirely on the terms of your insurance plan and cannot be guaranteed.
